Older homes generally have more issues and therefor take more time during the inspection, and writing the report.

Read my article about this service!  This re-inspection is only for those items repaired by the seller. I will not re-inspect any item that was considered working properly or was not specified by the buyer's request for repairs by the seller.

A trip fee is charged when I have to go back to the property to inspect a component that was not working, or accessible during the inspection.  For instance, the attic was sealed, or the water was off.

I will place the test either 48 hours before the inspection or before I leave. Then return 48 hours later to pick up the test. I will call to get information on getting in to place the test.  

We will schedule a time to place the test and then I will return 48 hours later to pick it up and get the reading.
